God is a holy God and He's worthy to be praised
He is righteous and just in all His ways
With an unclean heart you cannot enter in
For my God's Word is true and He won't stand for sin

God is a mighty God and He will answer prayer
In your secret room, you'll find Him waiting there
He says, "Spread My love abroad wherever you may go"
He says, "Be ye holy for I your God am so"

Let's talk about Daniel in the lion's den
He just prayed to his God, and they threw him in
The king came down on the next day
He was a little bit worried and just a little dismayed
He cried out to Daniel in the lion's den
Did your God deliver or did you meet your end?"
Daniel cried out, "King, I'm all right"
He locked the lion's jaws, and I slept all night"

Let's talk about Shadrach, Meshach, & Abednego
Three Hebrew boys who loved the Lord
King Nebuchadnezzar built an idol one day
When you hear the music playing he said "Fall on your knees and pray"
But the Hebrew boys said, "King we won't bow"
We serve the God of the living, the before, the after, and now"

The king got angry and he called his men
He said, "Heat the fiery furnace seven times hotter than it's ever been"
But then said the king, "Look here I'll give you another chance
For what kind of God can deliver you out of my hands?"
But then said Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego
"The God we serve is able, but we want you to know
That even if He doesn't or if He decides to
We ain't gonna bow to your god and we won't serve you"

He said, "Tie them up cast them into the flame
How dare they defy me, dishonor my name"
The king stepped down. They tell me he looked in the door
"Didn't we cast in three men, but tell me why do I see four?
They're walkin' around unbound in the fire
And the fourth man looks just like the Son of God"

God is holy (holy). We must worship in spirit and truth
For God is holy (holy), in whatever we say and do

The angels all around the throne are singing holy all day long
