Lynda not only has a gifted singing voice, but also has a powerful song to sing...her testimony. She will not hesitate in sharing with you, even if it's your first meeting, that she has been delivered from a serious codependency...drugs. The loss of four loved ones and an abusive relationship compelled her to drugs, but through her mothers' prayers and her own conviction and repentance, she was set free. She has been drug free for 11 years now.

| Testimony: | When
I was younger I used to pray and ask God to annoint me
so that I could sing like my Mother and our choir director, who at that
time was Sis Juanita Chenevert. Little did I know, that I would have to
go through something to
understand who and what I was singing about. God broke me off a little
somethin'somethin' to make me humble and fearful of him. Meaning he
allowed
me to go through a storm of which I had caused by making improper
choices,
now clearly understanding that it was by his grace, his mercy and his
love
for me. That's why I am specific in my prayers today. "Be careful what
you pray for, you just might get it". SMILE! |
